Never seen before! On vacation for the second year in a row in Calpe, our son had a fever for 2 or 3 years, but nothing worrying. Except he woke up with a pain in his side (no bumps or falls). We showed up at 8:30 a.m., and the doctor thought we were "dumb tourists." She asked questions without listening to the answers, thinking we were just there for a fever and the solution... a cool washcloth on the forehead of a 12-year-old boy! We tried to explain that my wife and I had been working in a hospital for 15 years (not as healthcare professionals) and that we felt there was something other than a fever. She checked his breathing and throat, but she wasn't convincing, and told us he didn't feel anything special... she couldn't do an X-ray... but she didn't see the need either! In the end, we went to Dénia, where we found a very attentive and empathetic staff. We left 45 minutes later after being seen by professionals, and after an X-ray, our son was diagnosed with pneumonia and given antibiotics for a week. Today, after five days of treatment, he's feeling much better. Thanks to the Dénia hospital, and shame on this woman who usurps the title of "doctor." Unfortunately, I advise against going to that center and encountering such an unprofessional person...
The schedule says it starts at 8:00, but the doctor starts seeing patients at 9:00. Treatments and other services did start earlier. Closed the other day for a local holiday, only posted on the door. They could put this on the website.
Je suis allée aux urgences pour la troisième fois en six mois dont une fois pour accompagner ma belle-mère âgée. Première surprise en tant que française: attente maxi de 40mn (ça change de la France...), empathie et sérieux tant des médecins que des infirmiers ou de la personne à l’accueil. Quand je pense que les français pensent encore avoir le meilleur système de santé du monde....
Una vergüenza, hoy 26 de Enero según la información de la web, este centro está abierto cuándo en realidad está cerrado. Deberían actualizar la página web y así evitarían que ninguna persona enferma, hiciera desplazamientos infructuosos.
